“Our stay at the Beach House VI was spectacular!!! The pictures are beautiful but don’t do the real-life house justice as only experiencing it will give you the true understanding of just how special it is. We loved the layout with all of the rooms having large beds and en suite bathrooms. It was perfect for our group of 15! The pool was great and the kayaks were fun for us to explore the bay! The sea turtles were swimming down below each morning and we would watch them while drinking our coffee. The house has all the amenities you could need for your stay! Hans the house manager was super attentive with any questions we had and he helped make the check-in process smooth and easy. We will definitely be back! We would recommend this property if you’re looking for an amazing spot to share time with friends and family!”

“This property was absolutely perfect for our family & friends. From our own private beach to the well-stocked kitchen, all the details made our vacation one to remember. Hans was an excellent host and made sure we had all we needed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and many have extra sleeping accommodations making it very comfortable for all. We used the pool and the beach daily. Walking/kayaking to Magen’s Bay was fun although most said our private beach was much better! Amenities like professional ice-makers, multiple refrigerators and a massage area were much appreciated. Beautiful property! We will be back.”

“The most common remarks I heard from our family group of 16 staying at “The Beach House” were: 1. These are the most comfortable beds & pillows I have ever slept on 2. The most beautiful views 3. Is there a kitchen tool or item this villa does not have??! St. Thomas is truly paradise and Magens Bay has the most beautiful ocean water to swim, play and fish. Our group was aged 1 to 69 and all had the most wonderful time at this villa. This truly is a Luxury Resort, the only thing different than a commercial resort is that this is just for you and your guests. I don’t think you can beat this one for the most spectacular beach vacation! Book Shelly for cooking, utilize the wonderful Hans for provisions (and all questions) and take the Safari Taxis for sightseeing. Cheers!”

“Words simply do not give justice to this property! When you look at the photos and imagine/wonder if it really looks like this, I can assure you it is real and so very much more! A fabulous property with meticulous attention to detail from decorations, appliances, cookware, dishes and the single most derided issue at other properties is 1 set of towels in the bathrooms: well, no worries with that here! Every suite has its own appeal and accomplishments to make everyone in your party happy. This one is really everything you can dream of! Hans was outstanding and takes great pride in partnering with you during your stay. I must warn you that once you stay here you won’t want to leave and all other properties will be judged against this one! Please tell me if you find another that measures up! “Our family of 16 ranging from 3 to 74 just spent an amazing week at the Beach House. From the moment we arrived to when we left the whole experience was incredible. We spend most of our time at the house using the kayaks, paddle boards and swimming at the beach and in the amazing pool. One day we went along the shore to Magens Bay Beach. There were often turtles swimming just shore and it was fun to follow them snorkeling and in the kayaks. The kitchen was incredible. Everything one might need was there with china and stainless silverware for about 40, so you did not need to be doing dishes all the time. Two grills and three huge refrigerators made food storage for a large group easy. Hans, the house manager, always responded promptly with answers to questions. I recommend The Market in Tutu Plaza as the best place to shop for groceries. Cost Mart is also good if buying in large quantities. We spent a day on the Sabrage motorized catamaran and that was incredible. Lots of shade on board and two bathrooms. We also spent half a day at Coki Beach which has great snorkeling too. If you are looking for a first-class rental experience on St. Thomas, this is the place to stay.”

“This property was AMAZING! Perfect location! We were there May 8- May 15. Weather was perfect. We did our best to take advantage of all the areas this place had to offer! Hans, the house manager was SO great making sure we had everything we needed. We did opt to have the house provisioned and ready to go when we got there which was so great to not have to worry about going to the store after arriving! The house had everything we needed! Any small appliance, utensil, dish…. it was there. Hans was also so helpful with recommendations on excursions. We chartered a boat to take us out snorkeling and visit St. John which picked us up right at the beach of our home. Some did a fishing trip with Chris Berry who was also recommended by Hans. He was great as well and again, picked them up right at The Beach House. Would definitely recommend him for a fishing trip. When we did get out to explore the island, we used Lyndon’s Taxi service. He was so accommodating with coordinating times with us, waiting for us when needed and being back to pick us up from locations. Picked us up from the airport as well as dropped us off. Easily accommodated our party of 8. Can’t say enough great things about this place. We decided right away that we will DEFINITELY be back to stay here. Thank you Amber for such a smooth process and for allowing us the experience to stay in your house. It was everything I had hoped for!”
